CARGO AND DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE
In order for you to check the cargo content, you should first take the delivery of the cargo against signature.
We strongly remind you to check your cargo in the presence of the courier who delivers it, for any damage that may have occurred during transportation. If there is any damage and/or any deficiency/missing product, please contact us and ask for a written report to be issued in this respect, and return your damaged and/or deficient order and products in a protected condition. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have accepted that there has been no problem during transportation and www.trabzonspor.com.tr shall not be liable since proof is not possible in such cases.
In extraordinary cases such as deficient/wrong products, again have the courier issue a written report, by comparing the products that came out of your package, with the details in your invoice and contact us; the issue will always be resolved and remedied as soon as possible.
Check if there is any problem or not by testing/trying on your products within 7 days; otherwise, www.trabzonspor.com.tr shall not be liable.
If an additional customs duty is applied by the customs office for your orders abroad, BUYER is obliged to pay the tax fee. When BUYER does not pay for the orders that have a customs duty, the orders that could not be delivered cannot be returned to BUYER, and BUYER`s order cannot be cancelled, either.
